All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery within Greater Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Delivery to other governorates: 2–5 business days
In remote areas, delivery may take up to 7 days
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Free delivery may be available during promotions or on orders above a certain amount (announced on our website or social media).
We currently deliver across all governorates in Egypt.
If your area is not covered, our team will contact you to arrange the best possible solution.
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a call or message from our courier partner to confirm the delivery time and location.
If you’re unavailable during the first delivery attempt, we’ll schedule a second attempt. After that, if the order is still undelivered, it may be returned to us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
